Output/ Activities/ Achievements

Dr Lie got her PhD from The University of Hong Kong doing research in Artificial Intelligence and Philosophy of Mind while at the same time studying Arabic and discovering the enigmatic world of Islam.
 
Before joining this institution, she had taught part-time in various institutions including The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, and The University of Hong Kong. She has taught diverse subjects such as Logic, Critical Thinking, Philosophy of Science, Practical Ethics, Introduction to Political Philosophy, and Islam and the Modern World.
 
She is passionate about philosophy, various kinds of music, and promoting understanding of the Middle East.
