Dr Alvin Wong Yau-tak received his Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) from the University of Alberta, Master of Arts (Social Science) from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Doctor of Business Administration from the University of South Australia.

Having worked in the financial sector and marketing related posts, Dr Wong possesses experience in the areas of investment, banking, and marketing.  Apart from teaching, he has involved in research work on several areas, including ESG, education, ethics, finance and student development activities.

At PolyU CPCE, his teaching covers subjects in Financial Management, Wealth Creation and Management, Economics and Marketing.
