Dr Ray Kwok received his BBA and MPhil (Marketing) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, MBA from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, Germany, and PhD from Warwick Business School, the United Kingdom.

Before joining this institution, Dr Kwok had taught marketing and strategic management courses in the City University of Hong Kong and Warwick Business School at the undergraduate level. He has also developed hands-on business skills through his work experience in a wide spectrum of business functions in strategic marketing management, new product development, marketing research at various multi-national corporations in marketing research, retailing and consumer goods industries in the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Singapore and the United Kingdom.

Dr Kwok is passionate about teaching through the sharing of real-life practitioner experience to equip students for future career development.

Dr Kwok's research interest focuses on consumers' online behaviour in social media. Being interested in Christianity studies, he has also researched Hong Kong Christians' social media participation in his advanced diploma studies at the University of Cambridge.
