Dr Serina Chak obtained her Bachelor of Social Science, Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Education from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also earned her Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and Master of Social Sciences in Applied Psychology from City University of Hong Kong. Her academic interests include marketing and psychology.

Before joining CPCE, Dr Chak had worked for a multinational retail company and a media group in the areas of logistics and marketing. She had also taught at different tertiary education institutions on both a full-time and a part-time basis.

Dr Chak finds teaching both challenging and rewarding. She appreciates that she is not merely teaching, but also learning and growing simultaneously with students and colleagues.
