Ms Joanna Wong obtained her Bachelor of Arts in in Contemporary English Studies from The Education University of Hong Kong and Lingnan University. Being inquisitive in learning more about stimulating students’ motivation and potential in learning, she then pursued the Master of Education (English) at The University of Hong Kong. 

Ms Wong has nearly 10 years of teaching experience. She served in HKU SPACE Community College and delivered modules of English for Academic Purposes in associate degree programmes. Moreover, working in the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE), she taught Workplace English and Communication for higher diploma students. She also served as a Research Assistant for a government-funded research project on acquiring and scaffolding the learning of English grammar and text types in context with the support from The Education University of Hong Kong.

Being inspired by its wisdom, Ms Wong is fond of studying the Holy Scripture in church.  She enjoys hiking and writing poems for appreciating nature.
