Mr Chan possesses solid work experience in the areas of web application and system development, software engineering, and project management. Before joining HKCC, Mr Chan had taught IT-related courses for diploma, higher diploma, pre-associate degree, associate degree, and degree programmes in various tertiary institutions. He had also worked as a visiting lecturer at HKCC for a few years.

Mr Chan’s teaching interests lie in information technology and business administration. He has strong connections with the IT industry.
