After graduating from design study, Ming worked in the publication industry for five years. He joined the Fontworks Ltd as a Senior Font Designer in 1991 for developing Chinese, Japanese and Korean (CJK) font design and related technology. Since 2001, he has brought along his expertise of typography to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and has begun his career in education. To enhance the academic standards of Visual Communication Design, Ming completed his master's degree in Multimedia Entertainment and Technology in 2008. In the future, he would like to contribute more efforts in exploring multiple aspects of Visual Communication Design.
